WEBSITE INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Working policy for this website implementation. The business must confirm its legal entity, privacy contact, retention practices, service providers, and applicable terms before public launch.

Information you provide

The consultation form asks for your name, email address, service interest, project stage, optional word count, and project description. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or a full unpublished manuscript through this form.

How an inquiry is used

The submitted details are used to respond to your request and discuss potential services. When email delivery is configured, the form sends the inquiry to the business and a copy to your email address. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Technical data and spam prevention

The form checks submission timing and uses a short-lived email-based rate limit to reduce repeated requests. The form includes your IP address, submission page and approximate location in the admin notification. IP addresses may be sent to ip-api.com for country, region, city, postal-code and ISP lookup. This is approximate network information, not GPS. The configured free lookup uses HTTP. Inquiry text and email addresses are not sent to that lookup service.

Storage and service providers

This application does not create a separate inquiry database. Successful inquiries are delivered to the configured mailbox. The business must establish mailbox access, retention, deletion procedures, and provider arrangements before launch.

Fonts, cookies, and analytics

The website does not include advertising trackers or analytics in this implementation. Fonts are served locally. No marketing cookies are set by the application.

Your questions and requests

You can use the consultation form to ask about information you have submitted, or reply to a confirmation email once delivery is enabled. The business must publish a confirmed privacy contact before launch.
